Sicily Home Buy is a branch of Lr Studio (see www.lrstudio.it). Lucia Rappazzo, the founder of LR Studio lived in Milano when, some 20 years ago, spent a holiday in the South East of Sicily. Looking at the amazing landscapes of this area and falling in love with it was a jiffy. So she purchased some old, ruined houses to be restored and started to work on it, beginning to fly from Milano to Sicily every week end: winter and summer, autumn and spring. Year after year.

Fifteen years in which she has been learning to know every corner of the land, every good blacksmith, carpenter, bricklayer, stoneworker. To put this knowledge in the service of friends who wanted to buy a house in Sicily was natural. Making it a professional commitment was the further evolution of a passion that had began to occupy a large part of her time.

Nowadays LR Studio can count on a large network of qualified professionals: engineers, architects, estate agents, building companies, notarys, as well as artisans that jealously hand down the secrets of ancient crafts from father to son. All of them, and Lucia first of all, will be happy to be active part of your Sicily home project.
